In Argentine tango, technique is just as important for the leader as for the follower. Even though the same rules apply to men as to women (perhaps with the exception of wearing heels :) ), there is a different chapter dedicated for men’s technique…
The focus of these exercises is the walk and men’s technique.
Of course most technique-exercises can be equally useful for leaders and followers, however there are more gender-specific techniques. One such example is ladies embellishments (in high heel dance shoes) which would be weird for men to do.
A general rule for all men’s technique exercises: practice with your arms at the side of your body. It will be a lot more difficult, however a lot more useful!
